Refund Policy

At Cosmium AI (Zygnos Technologies Private Limited), we strive to provide high-quality Voice AI services. However, due to the nature of server costs and telephony charges, we maintain a strict refund policy tailored for B2B commercial use.
1. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Telephony & AI Usage Costs: Funds spent on actual usage (e.g., minutes of voice generation, transcription, or PSTN/SIP trunking) cannot be refunded as these costs are incurred in real-time by our underlying providers.
- Setup & Onboarding Fees: Any one-time fees paid for custom integration, dedicated instance setup, or white-label configuration.
- Partial Months: We do not offer prorated refunds for the remainder of a billing cycle if you cancel mid-month.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered under the following specific circumstances:
- Service Unavailability (SLA Breach): If the Cosmium AI platform experiences downtime exceeding the limits defined in your Service Level Agreement (SLA) (e.g., <99.0% uptime), you may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit for the affected period.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part (e.g., double billing), we will issue a full refund for the excess amount.
- First-Time Risk-Free Guarantee (If Applicable): If explicitly stated in your specific offer, new customers may request a refund of their fixed subscription fee (excluding usage costs) within the first 7 days if they are dissatisfied with the service.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your Invoice ID, date of transaction, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Our billing team will review the request within 3 business days.
4. Processing Timeline
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or UPI).
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing times.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues before filing a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without prior communication will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and a ban from using Cosmium AI services in the future.
